All equipment is provided, and it is advised to book your space in advance to avoid disappointment if you turn up on the day and there is no spare equipment available
As the sessions are held outdoors, it is advisable to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and location and to wear suitable footwear, as the paths can be slippery/muddy and uneven.
Absolutely no flip-flops/open toes sandals or crocs as the poles can cause injury to exposed toes if the rubber 'Boot' grip has been removed.
