Christmas Flow & Glow (fundraiser event)

Get into the holiday spirit with this uplifting, fun, and festive yoga class set to the beat of your favourite Christmas tunes! We’ll flow, stretch, and move in rhythm with joyful holiday classics—blending mindful movement with playful choreography that will make you smile from the inside out.

Expect a little sparkle, a lot of laughter, and that warm, cozy feeling that only the season can bring. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, light-hearted, and full of Christmas cheer—like you’ve just unwrapped the best gift of all: time for yourself.

All levels welcome. Holiday spirit encouraged!

Cash proceeds from this class will go to the local foodbank. Please bring your donation with you to the class.
