As we gather during the richness of Fall, we will explore heartfelt themes such as honoring the cycles of letting go, deepening self-nourishment, and cultivating gratitude. Together we will reflect on the harvest of the past season and prepare for the inward journey of the colder months.
Our intention is for you to depart from this retreat feeling deeply rooted in the energy of Fall, equipped with tools and inspiration to navigate this season of reflection, renewal, and quiet transformation.
