This bank holiday Monday, 26th May, I'm celebrating my 60th and I hope you can join me. Meet me in front of The Fludyers Hotel at 10am for about 40 minutes of yoga and movement. Wear layers you can move in. Bring a towel or mat to practice on. Make a donation to my Just Giving page for Alzheimer's Research UK in memory of mum - or one of your loved ones. #alzheimersresearchuk
