About the event

Yoga for the Low Back Workshop
Join Renee for a workshop all about your low back. Learn how to use alignment, awareness, movement, the core and relaxation postures to create a functional and healthy low back.
Up to 80% of low back pain issues are labeled as “non-specific low back pain,” meaning that the pain cannot be attributed to a known underlying condition. The treatment then becomes all about finding what makes it feel better!

This workshop will equip you with valuable tools to support your journey to a healthy and functional low back.



Time: Saturday; June 21st, 1:00PM – 3:30PM
Cost: $75
