Breathwork, Ice Bath, and Sauna Experience (Group 2 of 2)

Join Ozark Ice-Man Justin Ternes of True Self Health & Human Performance for a transformative wellness experience at City Park in Fayetteville on Saturday, April 19th.

This event is shaped to calm your mind, refresh your body, and energize your spirit.

💬 First, you’ll be prepped with expert guidance from Dr. Ternes to ease into the experience.
🧘 Then, you will relax with an immersive, guided breathwork session.
❄️ Next, you’ll push through discomfort to discover the benefits of cold exposure in the ice bath.
🧖 Finally, you’ll warm up and revive in the soothing heat of the sauna.

This dynamic combination offers a wealth of benefits, from reducing stress to boosting resilience and overall well-being.

We are offering two start time options, each lasting approximately 75 minutes.

Group 1 — 9:30 am - `10:45 am
Group 2 — 11:00 am - 12:15 pm
