Relax in vibration as you bathe in my sound healing collection of singing bowls, healing instruments and of course, the resonance of the gong! I am so excited to share this practice with you. ✨
Feel free to wear comfy clothes. Please bring along a mat, blanket & pillow, (maybe an eye pillow if you have one, though I have a few of these to share). We’ll begin with a beautiful guided meditation to set the tone of this relaxing evening. All you need to do is lay down, relax and release with a further full hour hour of uninterrupted bathing in sound! ✨
There are SO many benefits to this beautiful ritual and I feel blessed to be able to share them with you all.
