Teen Yoga: A Practice in Gratitude

This special 90-minute Teen Yoga session is centered around one powerful theme: gratitude. Through yoga, guided meditation, and meaningful mat chats, we’ll explore how grateful thoughts can ground us, shift our mindset, and brighten even the busiest days.

Each teen will receive a colorful journal and pen to keep the gratitude flowing at home — helping them reflect, release, and reconnect whenever they need.
