Family Focused Yoga is thrilled to host this unique event with Karen Kenyon, offering a space to relax deeply, connect within, and receive guidance and healing from your higher self.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of relaxation, reflection, and discovery!
We’ll begin with a ½-hour Sound Healing Journey—a soothing immersion of sound and vibration to help you unwind, open your heart, and prepare for the inner work ahead.
Following this, you’ll experience a 1½-hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) group session, guided by Karen Kenyon, a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner (Intern) who offers her sessions at End of the Rainbow in Farmington.
🌟 What is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, developed by Dolores Cannon, is a profound method of accessing the subconscious mind to gain insight, clarity, and healing. Through gentle relaxation and guided visualization, participants are guided to explore past life experiences and connect with their higher self—the part of you that holds infinite wisdom and understanding.
🧘♀️ End of the Rainbow has mats, bolsters, and blankets available, but please bring your own mat, blanket, and pillows to create your personal comfort zone.
🖊 Also, bring a pen and paper to jot down your reflections or insights after the session.
