This class is designed to help teens unwind, connect, and feel supported as they to end their busy week.

Activities Include:

Yoga & mindfulness activities to support grounding, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.
Mat chats that encourage authentic connection
Shrinky Dink ornament making as a creative doorway to self-reflection and confidence.
A nourishing healthy smoothie & a
Guided meditation to help teens feel calm, clear, and confident
