What You’ll Need for Your Journey:
We want you to feel completely at ease, so please bring the following or let us know if you need us to provide them for you:
● Eye mask (available upon request)
● Chapstick (breathwork can cause dryness)
● Water bottle (provided if needed)
● Yoga mat (available upon request)
● Blanket (available upon request)
● Pillow (available upon request)
● Journal (optional, for reflection and insights)
● Essential Oils if you have a preference
Important Information for the Workshop:
Must sign up at least 24 hours prior to attend.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior for set up.
Wear comfortable clothes.
If you eat prior to event, please eat at least 3 hours prior and eat light. No beverages an hour prior as well!
