In a soothing, sacred space, we’ll gently release the energy of the workweek and return to the essence of who we truly are. This is an invitation to meet yourself with love — the parts that long to be seen, heard, and held.

We will share infused, full moon–charged water enhanced with crystal energy, as well as grounding snacks to support integration and replenishment.
