Wine, Steak & Cheese! (BYOB Wine or Beer)

Come to Kitchen Social and enjoy vino and cheese and start thinking about wine beyond the glass.

In this class, you’ll add cheese and wine to your skillets, stir it in our risotto, and finish with red wine and mascarpone in our dessert.

Bring your favorite wine to enjoy while we cook!

Crisp Mixed Greens with Crumbled Goat Cheese, Red Onion, Apples, and Champagne Vinaigrette

Filet Mignon with Red Wine Pan Sauce , topped with Blue Cheese Crumbs

Creamy Parmesan Risotto with Mushroom and White Wine

Oven Roasted Asparagus with White Wine, Feta, and Garlic

Mascarpone Berry Cake with Red Wine and Berries

$99 per person

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day.

Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
