Meditation and Dharma Talk - Practicing Peace in the Time of War

Join us Sunday, June 29th as we continue to explore Pema Chodron's book Practicing Peace in the Time of War. Meditation will begin at 10:00AM followed by dharma talk. The journey toward peace in our own lives and in the world begins with the practice of patience. So much of the aggression around us is brought on by our feelings of uneasiness in a shaky and groundless world where there is nothing to hang on to.
