Matt Bailey passed away earlier this year and through a chain of incredibly unfortunate circumstances a proper memorial among friends didn't come about.
Matt wasn’t just a friend - he was a juggernaut of energy unleashed unto the world. As an acting partner he always brought his A game and gave you plenty to work with. One of the most reliable people you could ever meet in this industry.
We’ll gather at The Artist's Playground to share stories, laughter, tears, and memories - to honor Matt with the enormous amount of people who knew and loved him.
This memorial isn’t just to mourn his loss - it’s to celebrate his life. To keep his spirit alive in the stories we speak to each other and memories shared.
We'll have a screening of some of his projects over his long career. The indies, the shorts, the acting scenes from twenty years ago, the network television shows, the national commercials - He did a lot.
All are welcome! Bring your stories, your laughter, your love - and let’s give Matt the sendoff he deserves.
Dress: casual, as he would've wanted.
It's a potluck - bring anything you might want to snack on or drink! Around 10pm we'll likely wander over to the Londoner for drinks.
