INTRODUCTION TO FLINTKAPPING WORKSHOP

This workshop is led by master flintknapper and experimental archaeologist Karl Lee who has over 30 years experience of teaching the manufacture and use of stone tools.
On this introductory workshop you will be learning the basic mechanics of flint and making a stone tool kit. The tool kit will include blade cores, blades, scrapers and basic leaf shaped arrow heads…
