Wire Flower & Leaf Stems Workshop

Join guest tutor and artist Laura Milne, for a wirework workshop. You will have the choice of making either a display of flower & leaf stems to display at home in a vase or bottle, or make a beautiful display of smaller Alliums with complimentary foliage and finish by displaying in a box frame.

You will learn different sculpture techniques using wire including joining and tool knowledge to basic/medium levels. If you decide to make the smaller framed display, you will be shown how to finish by setting your pieces in a box frame ready to display at home.

There will be samples available at the workshop to help you decide which display you would like to make. No experience is necessary, just come along for a fun workshop and learn a new skill that you will be able to take away to create more at home!

Suitable for beginners, minimum age 16+.

Cost: £60 per person to include wire, use of tools, tea & coffee. A box frame is also supplied if making the smaller display of alliums and foliage.
Please bring: lunch

NOTE: the Craft Barn is accessed via external stone steps with handrails and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
