Aiki Principles with Makoto Okamoto Shihan of Nippon-den Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu

Two day seminar with visiting Shihan Makoto Okamoto featuring Aiki principles. The seminar will start on Saturday at 09:00 to 12:00, with a break between 12:00 to 14:00 for lunch, then from 14:00 to 18:00. Sunday will follow the same format. Places will be limited and early confirmation and payment is required to secure your place. Once you confirm your attendance I will send you information on how to pay, an information pack re local transport, accommodation, etc. Payment should be made by 15th of August at the latest.
