Aiki Principles with Makoto Okamoto Shihan of Nippon-den Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu

Two day seminar with visiting Shihan Makoto Okamoto featuring Aiki principles. The seminar will start on Saturday at 09:00 to 12:00, with a break between 12:00 to 14:00 for lunch, then from 14:00 to 18:00. Sunday will follow the same format. Single day attendance is possible, but preference will be given to bookings for the full seminar. Please confirm your attendance via email to YWxrYXJvc2hpIHwgYW9sICEgY29t before the 15th of July. Places will be limited and early confirmation and payment is required to secure your place. Once you confirm your attendance I will send you information on how to pay, an information pack re local transport, accommodation, etc. Payment should be made by 15th of August at the latest.
