Seafood Trio with Deep Blue Seafood

Bee is back and she is excited to spend the evening with you creating an amazing meal! In this seafood-centric class you will be preparing mussels in white wine sauce as an appetizer. From there, we will move on to the main course, which will be sauté/baked Chilean Sea Bass with bay scallops cooked with fennel and tomatoes. And finish the night with an amazing dessert from Bee - Victorian sponge cake with apple topping!
