Intro to Sourdough with Saundra

In this introductory class on baking sourdough, join Saundra (a sourdough enthusiast with many loaves of experience) as you walk through how to create sourdough that has great flavor and texture. Learn about the bread making process from starter to stretching, fermenting and baking. In this 50/50 hands on to demonstration class you will prepare dough, take home a baked loaf and go home with dough and starter so you can keep on practicing and baking! You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to start baking your own sourdough goods at home!
