Rest & Reset Sound Bath

Sound Baths not only soothe body and mind, they support the body’s natural healing processes and allow space for releasing the stress that weighs us down. These sessions set aside time and space, supported by sound, to promote your recovery from the stressors of life. You’ll experience both Himalayan and Crystal bowls, along with other instruments. You will be on the floor so please bring a sleeping bag or mat to lie on and a pillow. Blankets and bolsters will be provided. Chairs will also be available.
