Resonance Signature Restorative Sound Bath

Sound Baths not only soothe body and mind, they support the body’s natural healing processes and allow space for releasing the stress that weighs us down. This small group session provides an intimate and comfortable setting. The class limit of 6 allows for personal attention during the sound bath where you’ll experience both Himalayan and Crystal bowls, along with other instruments. You will rest on a plush, raised bed with all comfort items provided. All you need to do is arrive and get cozy!
