Chef Joe has 2 great menu options created just for you!

Turkey Sloppy Joes (DF)
-served with chips, pickles & housemade slaw

Corned Beef Hash (GF, & DF)
-served with mixed greens, cucumbers and lemon vinaigrette

Our popular Heart-n-Soul Harvest Bowl (V, V+, GF, DF)
-quinoa pilaf, Doubting Thomas beans, raw and roasted veggies, kale, tahini dressing and topped with dukkah

All meals also include dessert, this events feature is a no bake oatmeal chocolate chip cookie or oatmeal cashew cranberry cookie and of course, your choice of water or lemonade.

Heart-n-Soul is a pay what you can cafe. You are welcome to pay the suggested donation, pay what you can, pay it forward to help a neighbor in need & if you'd like to volunteer in exchange for a meal, please talk to Leola. We meet you where you are at, no questions asked, no matter your means!
