About the event

How To Feel Safe In A Chaotic World: Summer Class With Jan Nelson (Thursdays)

Do you listen to the news and start to feel anxious? Disaster and wars rage; the weather is changing and creating more difficult circumstances for so many. This session is about learning how your body and nervous system work to create a sense of safety within yourself. You will learn how to bring experiences of joy, curiosity, and ease instead of being stuck in fear and anxiety.

This class will be held over three sessions: June 5, 12, & 19.

This class requires a minimum of 3 registrants or the class will be cancelled.
