Beginning Belly Dance

Beginning belly dance teaches the foundations of Middle Eastern dance. You will learn correct belly dance posture and movements including shimmys, isolations, hip bumps, and more! No experience necessary! Mid drift exposure not required. Bring a water bottle and comfortable workout wear. Socks or barefoot or dance shoes typical.
$10 cash at the door preferred.
