Come experience the sea caves near Capo Greco like never before - on a Standup Paddle Board!
We begin our class on the beach with a quick warm-up and the basics breakdown of our SUPs (stand up paddle boards). We will then move onto the water for a 25-30 minute SUP tour to the sea caves and once we get there, participants will have snorkel equipment to go into the water for a swim and snorkel. We will take some pictures and enjoy the sea caves before we paddle another 5 minutes to a more private location where we can relax, swim, and snorkel in gorgeous blue water and hopefully see some more sea life until it's time to paddle back to the beach. The tour will last 2 hours with one paddling session of about 30 minutes in the beginning, 50 minutes for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing, and 40 minutes paddling back.
* Some group & individual photos will be taken by the SUP instructor during the tour & will be available to participants within 48 hours of the class.
What is included :
* Stand-up paddle board & its equipment
* Guided tour to the sea caves

What is NOT included:
* Water
* Transport to and from activity
* Sunscreen / sun cream
* Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available)
What to bring:
* Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L)
* Protective clothing
* Sunscreen/cream
* Bathing suit
* Towel
*** Requirements: students must be able to swim, must have a certain level of fitness that allows them to paddle for 30-40 minutes at a time, cannot exceed 115 kg (due to SUP board requirements), and must have some previous experience on a standup paddle board. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will not enjoy the class as it will be too difficult and may find themselves falling behind during the tour.
