Samba Touré, a Malian legend who has collaborated with Ali Farka Touré and Toumani Diabate, brings his masterful guitar work and passionate vocals to the stage. His album 'Wande' (The Beloved) marks his third release with Glitterbeat Records, showcasing a warmer, more spontaneous sound than his previous work.

Moving away from intense guitar duels to focus on solid, danceable grooves, Touré creates what he describes as "contemporary music from Mali." His approach balances traditional elements like the tama talking drum with a rhythm guitar style that would make Keith Richards envious.
