Nature X Change

Are you curious about the interconnectedness of our 'inner' nature and the 'outer' natural world? Or how nature's living systems principles can be applied to your life for greater resilience, wellbeing, vitality, healthier relationships, and better performance?

Join us for an intentional morning walk in the woods to reconnect with nature, with ourselves and each other, and to hold space for both movement and stillness, reflections and observations, and the exchange of ideas and insights on how nature can help us reconnect, renew, and revitalize ourselves amidst the chaos and complexity of today.

In 90 minutes, through a guided forest walk and set of practices, we will:

🌿 Arrive and ground ourselves in nature, group check in

🌿 Guided group walk in silence - sensing and connecting our inner and outer natures

🌿 Solo sit or stand in silence - observing and contemplating

🌿 Pair / Trio Walk to share thoughts and perspectives

🌿 Group debrief - standing in large circle to share reflections, insights and inspirations

All events take place from 8-9:30am ET at Falmouth Forest Preserve. Rain or shine!

MEETING PLACE: Parking and grounding circle at Underwood Park, located at 260 Foreside Rd, Falmouth, ME 04105
