Midweek Meditation

Unshin Sangaku Dan Joslyn-sensei, a transmitted Soto Zen Buddhist Priest, offers meditation every Wednesday morning at 11am. No registration required; donations are welcome.

Dan is the founder and guiding teacher of the Falmouth Soto Zen Sangha (FSZS) and has taught for twenty years.

During each hour session, there will be directed and silent meditation. The time will also include 1:1 exploration of why one wishes to meditate, the history and forms of meditation, the body in meditation, breathing, awareness, and thought.
