SENIOR EVENTS
Enjoy the calm waters of Cornwall’s swimming hotspot, the blue flag rated Gyllyngvase Beach, and panoramic views over the Lizard Peninsula from Henry VIII’s Pendennis Castle. Watch out for seals off-shore on the stunning coastal bike and run course around Pendennis Point!

• LITTLE SEAL: 400m swim | 9.7k bike | 2.4k run
• BIG SEAL: 750m swim | 18k bike | 4.8k run

JUNIOR EVENTS
Scootathlon (5-8Y)
Our youngest participants (5-8y) will be unleashed on a fun, non timed scootathlon course (400m scoot – 400m bike – 400m run), a real highlight for aspiring triathletes! Find out more on intotri.com
Mini Tri (8-16Y)
Take a dip at Falmouth's sheltered Gylly Beach and enjoy a fully tarmacked closed road circuit for the bike and run leg, overlooking the beach. Find out more on intotri.com

• 8 years: 50m swim – 600m bike – 600m run
• 9y-10y: 100m swim – 1.2k bike – 1.2k run
• 11-12y: 200m swim – 2.4k bike – 1.8k run
• 13-14y: 300m swim – 4.8k bike – 2.4k run
• 15-16y: 300m swim – 4.8k bike – 3.6k run
