BODMIN TRIATHLON - THE DRAGON
Featuring an undulating Sprint course, beginner friendly Super Sprint and Junior Events (5-16y) for all abilities, there is something for everyone.

SENIOR EVENTS
Get fired up for a swim at Bodmin’s Leisure Centre, unleash your inner dragon on a fast, rolling bike course and claw yourself up through the enchanted forest surrounding the run loop towards Lanhydrock’s Victorian estate.

Event Distances:
• Little Dragon: 200m swim | 13k bike | 2.1k run
• Big Dragon:400m swim | 26k bike | 5.6k run

JUNIOR EVENTS
Mini Duathlon (5-8Y)
Our youngest participants will go for triathlon glory over a fun, non timed Duathlon course (400m run – 400m bike – 225m run), a real highlight for aspiring triathletes!

Mini Tri (8-16Y)
Get fired up for a swim at Bodmin’s Dragon Centre and complete a bike course that has more twists than a dragon’s tale before embarking on a speedy run to Bodmin College and back.

Event Distances:
• 5-8y: 400m run – 400m bike – 225m run
• 8y: 50m swim – 800m bike – 600m run
• 9y-10y: 100m swim – 1.6k bike – 1.2k run
• 11-12y: 150m swim – 2.4k bike – 1.8k run
• 13-14y: 200m swim – 4.0k bike – 2.4k run
• 15-16y: 400m swim – 5.6k bike – 3.6k run
