Novice Hosh

This is a five part series for the true yoga beginner. We will meet Wednesday evenings June 25-July 23 at 5:30pm for one hour.

Nikki begins at the beginning, meets you where you are, and builds you a solid foundation that will support you as you move on in your yoga journey.

We would love to have you. This series has a five person minimum.
