Mat Yoga

You’re invited to join us for Adaptive Chair Yoga, a gentle and inclusive yoga session designed for students, caregivers, and volunteers of all abilities.

This session will be led by an Occupational Therapist (OT) and focuses on mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation, with adaptations offered to meet a wide range of physical and sensory needs.

No prior yoga experience is required — just come as you are.
