Chair exercises 🪑
are gentle classes, tailored to people's needs. I offer mix of Yoga (exercise practise from India) and Otago (strengthening and balance programme from New Zealand).
During those sessions you will have a chance to practice mudras 👐 (hand positions), asanas 🤸 (stretches and strengtheners), relaxation 💤, pranayama 🌬️ (breathing techniques), balance exercises 🚶and use the ankle weights 🦵🥳.
I always offer modification and alternative when I see it's required 💁.
Those sessions are done in seated position, with my guidance and close supervision 👀. However, for those more able there is also a standing version of exercises.
It could be challenging at times 💪, but very rewarding afterwards☺️.

This class takes place in SeaLock Centre (Montgomery St, Grangemouth FK3 8QR) at 6.00p.m.
Classes are also available at different locations across Falkirk, Bo'ness and Bonnybridge.
