About the event

Release and Restore
A special post-Thanksgiving reset that blends somatic yoga and restorative yoga. Somatic yoga releases chronic muscular tension while restorative yoga encourages deep relaxation. Class culminates in an extended savasana with a guided meditation to leave you feeling blissfully renewed.
