Melinda is a passionate and experienced movement and embodiment facilitator based in Dee Why on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She is a certified Nia FreeDance Instructor, holding qualifications in Nia Blue Belt and Nia 5 Stages, blending somatic movement, mindfulness, and dance to create a holistic, healing experience.
With a deep love for dance, wellness, and self-expression, Melinda brings her background in performing arts into every class, guiding participants to move with freedom, confidence, and joy. Her approach nourishes the mind, body, and soul, offering a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, explore emotional expression, and experience movement as a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
