LOTUS SERIES
Welcome to the Lotus series of embodied energetic activation and gentle movement. You will be guided by Genevieve Kayra a channeller, energetic worker, and artist (Sydney born) and visiting from Paris.
The lotus series is a collection of high frequency energy healing sessions in a group format. You are welcome to join one, two or all three as you feel called. Gentle note that session 1 and 2 are for women only, and session 3 is open to men and women.

Join Genevieve as she takes you on a sacred journey to remember YOUR sight, your vision and gifts. This is a deep session of energy healing , a time to honour the divine masculine and feminine internally and externally, and a space to reconnect with your intuitive gifts.
You will be guided into some gentle movement practices to enter into the energetic container with ease, and you will then be guided on a deep soul journey of remembrance. Finally after the energetic session you will be invited back into gentle movement to anchor these new feelings in your body.
All welcome, no experience necessary.

SPECIAL NOTES
Please arrive on time. We will have time at the end of the session to unwind gently and close in a relaxed way, however the work will begin directly at the beginning.
Feel free to bring any special item with you (crystal etc) that you would like to energetically charge during the session
Wear something you will be comfy and WARM in as you will be laying down for a long period of time.
AFTER CARE
Energetic healing is deeply powerful and transformative. Be sure to drink some extra water for the following 24 hours and be gentle with yourself.
