Rooted & Rising: A Gathering for Women in the Midlife Shift

Join us for an afternoon of connection, compassion, and curiosity as we gather for a special community movie night featuring "The (M) Factor" — a powerful documentary that shines a light on the often-overlooked experience of menopause. 🧎‍♀️

This film goes beyond hot flashes and hormone shifts. It explores the deep impacts menopause has on women’s health, careers, families, and emotional well-being—and why it’s time for a revolutionary shift in how we talk about and support this stage of life.

After the screening (approx. 1 hour), we’ll share space for tea, conversation, and connection. Let’s uplift one another, break the silence, and remind each other that we are not invisible—we are vibrant, wise, and powerful.

This event is open to all women and anyone with lived experience in a female body.
