Wellness in Cushman Park

Wellness in Cushman Park is back for another summer of FREE Wellness classes in Fairhaven's Cushman Park! Celebrating fourteen years of consecutive outdoor fitness classes in Nature, Wellness in The Park is scheduled for 10 weeks of Yoga and Qigong classes. The classes are taking place Tuesdays and Fridays 8:30am from June 17 to August 22, 2025.
Tuesdays: YOGA IN CUSHMAN PARK will be guided by certified yoga instructor David Trauterman. David’s teaching style is calm, devotional and joyful. He draws from Ananda and Hatha Yoga which infuse the use of affirmations, longer posture holds, meditation, breath work and chanting to create a dynamic and uplifting wellness experience for all levels.
Fridays: QIGONG IN CUSHMAN PARK instructor Cristina Corrieri rediscovered a passion for mindful movement while struggling with health issues in her early 30s. Her daily mindful movement practice of Qigong brought her back in tune with her body and helped her to navigate a path back to balance and wellbeing. This
journey inspired her to become certified to teach both Qigong and Yoga to help others reconnect and find healing through mindful movement practices.
