Super Bowl Super Stitch-In IX

Come for a relaxing weekend of stitching, sharing, laughs and friendships.
Beginner thru advanced stitchers, as well as all crafters, are welcome to attend.
The meeting room is open from Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 2 pm and
closes Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026 at noon.

$200 per person for the weekend plus cost of hotel room.
You do not need to stay at the hotel to attend the Stitch-In.
The rate includes the stitching room 24/7 for the entire Stitch-In,
And Deli Lunch on Saturday

Needlework with Jim, Mind Your Needle and Pillows by Peggy will be vending. And there may be others.

Bring your stitching, show and tell, lights, lamps, etc.
Show & Tell, Needleminder Exchange, Pajama Party and Silly Slipper Contest!!!

Group room rates are $153/night plus taxes/fees

Check-in Time is 3pm – Check-out Time is 11 am

The hotel is within walking distance to Target (CVS, Starbucks & Pizza Hut inside Target)

Close to Willowbrook Mall

Indoor swimming pool and fitness center in the hotel

Space is limited to the first 80 people paid ($50 will hold your spot)(non-refundable deposit) Balance is due in full by November 1, 2025
