Sunset Yoga and Sound Bath
Sunset yoga and sound bath on the beach to allow the elements of water to guide your wellness journey. Reflect, be still, listen to the live sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls wash over you reducing stress and inducing your body’s rest and repair system. Leave refreshed and ready for a deep night’s sleep.

Bring a large towel or mat to rest on and water. Wear comfy clothes to stretch in while the sun begins to set and you reset!
