SOUND BATH-MEDITATION, $35

Come be bathed in the transformational sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, Tingshas, chimes, and Kate's amazing Moon Gong at this live healing concert. Set an intention, close your eyes, and relax as vibrational healing reduces stress, breaks up blockages, and induces a deep sense of peace and joy.

Please private message or text Kate at 916-206-7990 to reserve your space. This is a small group meditation and space is limited. Chairs are provided for seated meditation. Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket if you would rather lie on the floor. Don't forget your water bottle.
