*** This is brand NEW section of Arcade Creek that RCWA has never cleaned before, along the lower branch that joins the northern branch just downstream of this location near Sunrise Blvd !!! ***
There may be water in portions of the creek, most likely just some small pools, so boots will be useful. This will be medium to difficult cleanup within the creek channel for those who want a challenge. Lots of easy trash pickins’ found along the top bank for those who prefer a less strenuous cleanup. Once the piles are made, we will haul everything to our trailer.
We will park at the Sundance Condominiums, go over logistics and safety, then walk to the creek. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINS EARLY.
AGE LIMIT: This event is not suitable for minors under 12 years old. Minors 12 and older are invited, but must be supervised by a responsible adult during the entire event.
As with all events shared on our Page, participation is performed solely at your own risk. Please place safety FIRST and do only what you feel comfortable doing. Moreover, participants will be required to sign a Release and Waiver form if they have not done so previously.
