Group 1:→ 45 mins of sauna + cold plunge rotation→ 45 mins of all-levels yoga flow with Molly from Love Yoga Studio→ 30 mins to unwind & chill

Group 2:→ 45 mins of yoga with Molly from Love Yoga Studio→ 45 mins of sauna + cold plunge rotation→ 30 mins to unwind & chill
