Enigmatic eccentric Thomas Truax not only experiments with style and song structure, he invents and constructs increasingly bizarre instruments to create a truly unique sound allowing him to inhabit a sonic soundscape of his very own. A captivating storyteller and performer, his music defies easy categorization but blends elements of art rock, post-punk, and surreal Americana.
With ten studio albums, including the acclaimed 'Songs From The Films Of David Lynch,' his songs explore diverse themes including nature, love, technology, and a lifelong fascination with the Moon. His latest release, 'Dream Catching Songs,' features renowned Banshees drummer Budgie. Notable supporters and collaborators have included Jarvis Cocker, Duke Special, Richard Hawley, James Smith of Yard Act, and the late author Terry Pratchett.
