Welcome! Tai Chi and breathing exercises can help us to feel calm and relaxed. The tai chi techniques can also help to create a good upright body posture and improve coordination and balance.

This is designed for complete beginners, but even seasoned practitioners should pick up something new. We will run through some tai chi exercises as well as breathing and meditation techniques. This will last for around 1 hour 30 minutes, then it’s time to grab some refreshments and meet some new people. Drinks will need to be paid for separately to the event.
