Join Nathan and myself on Wed 20th August at St.James Park Football stadium (Grecian Centre) at 7pm to find out more about a free 12-week course starting in September. This will be a relaxed social evening with refreshment and a walk around the pitch!

The full program will consist of a 12-week season with group meet-ups, street footy and beginner workouts backed up with check-ins, team talks, video learning, a WhatsApp teammate group and a system of health habits built on the 4-4-2 .

This pilot program is being made possible with funding from Live and Move and supported by Wellbeing Exeter and the Exeter City Community Trust.
