🌱 Are you curious about how mindfulness might support your wellbeing? Would you like to pause, take a breath and explore how being present can bring greater ease and clarity into your daily life?
This gentle taster session is a chance to slow down and reconnect. Together we will explore what mindfulness truly is; mainly through direct experience and also including an introduction to the theory. You'll be guided through simple, accessible practices rooted in awareness and kindness. We will take time to reflect on the benefits of a regular mindfulness practice and what it’s like to take part in an 8-week mindfulness course.

The session will be lead by Sarah Lane who has been qualified to deliver mindfulness courses since 2014.
