You are warmly invited to join the Mindfulness for Life 8-week course, developed by the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. This course offers a gentle yet profound opportunity to cultivate greater wellbeing, resilience and presence in your life.
Whether you are navigating stress, or simply wish to live more fully and deeply, this course offers a supportive space to explore what it means to be truly present.
Over the weeks, we come together in a small group to learn and practise mindfulness through guided meditations and reflections.
