Sarah, a lovely customer of ours has kindly offered to come & give an informative talk.

Sarah was a senior nurse in the NHS for 20 years before retraining as an ADHD coach. She lives in Devon and specialises in supporting women who are late diagnosed or suspect they have ADHD and are in the perimenopause/ menopause. She brings both lived experience and professional expertise to this discussion, offering practical insights & guidance. This talk is for anyone curious about ADHD and menopause in women, whether for themselves or someone they support.
